| 職位描述： | 崗位職責：
參與重要項目的前期報價評估及售前技術服務； 負責解決項目開發過程中的各類技術問題； 制定各類技術規范； 負責新技術的引進和開發； 管理創新優化的立項； Layout審核； 培訓課題分享； 負責指定的重大項目； 完成上級臨時交辦的其他工作； 負責公司技術管理人才培養和專業技術隊伍的建設； 協助做好對生產過程中，產品技術異議和問題的解決。 職位要求： 本科，機械方面相關專業； 在注塑模具設計方面有5年的工作經驗； 熟悉模具制造工藝，包括加工，電火花加工，熱處理和表面處理等工藝； 熟悉模具裝配和模具調試過程； 熟悉注塑機、塑料材料特性； 熟練產品的幾何尺寸和公差； 熟練測量方法和檢測設備（OGP的，CMM）； 了解TS16949及ISO9001等體系方面知識； 良好溝通能力；豁達，抗逆性時間管理能力； 較強的管理能力和執行力。 Responsibilities： § Participate in the important items in the pre-offer evaluation and pre-sales technical services; § Responsible for solving various technical problems in the project development process; Development of various types of technical specifications; § Responsible for the introduction of new technology and development; Optimization of project management innovation; § Layout audit; § Sharing of training topics; § Responsible for specific major projects; § Completion of their superiors as other duties assigned; § Responsible for the construction of the technical management personnel training and professional technical team; § To help make the production process, product technical objections and problems to solve. Qualifications/Experience/Skills： § Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent § Over 5 years experience in injection mold design § Familiar with mold fabrication process, including machining, EDM, heat treatment and surface treatment § Familiar with mold assembly and conditioning process § Familiar with plastic characteristic, molding machine § Skilled in Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing § Skilled in measurement method and inspection machines (OGP, CMM) § Familiar with TS16949 and ISO9001 § Good interpersonal and communication skills § Open-minded, Stress resistant & Time management abilities § Strong in execution and program/people management skills |
